1) How much does shipping cost?

Great news, standard shipping is absolutely free to standard Australian addresses!

2) How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered? 

All of our orders are shipped by Australia Post, and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.  

If you take advantage of our free standard shipping, your order will take between 8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia or 8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia.

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee. Please note: Australia Post deliveries have been impacted by COVID-19. Express Post next-day delivery is no longer guaranteed to any location in Australia. See the latest advice and updates from Auspost here

3) Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship to Australian addresses, but are continually working to provide international shipping in the future. 

4) Only some of the products I have ordered have been delivered? 

Sorry for the confusion! Some of our products are shipped from our HQ in Perth, Western Australia, whilst others are printed from our warehouse in Melbourne. If this is the case, you will receive two tracking numbers when each part of your order is shipped, and this may be on seperate days, but if you think something has been missed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@themumtheory.com.au

5) Why is my order taking so long to ship? 

Some of our products are printed on order, meaning we go into production as soon as we receive your order. We work as quickly as possible to get your order to you, however, production times vary depending on the number of orders we are working on.

6) Can I change the delivery address of my order? 

We will try our best to assist you but please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot update the delivery address. 

7) Help, my item is faulty! What should I do? 

We are so sorry to hear that, but not to worry we are here to help! Please reach out to us at hello@themumtheory.com.au as soon as possible if you believe your item is faulty. Be sure to provide your name, email, order number and photos of your faulty item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
